Is the first consultation free?
Yes. The first conversation is free and without obligation. It's how we both find out whether there's a good fit.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We're happy to sign an NDA before you share any details about your product or idea.
What if my project isn't a fit for you?
We'll tell you early and honestly, and when we can, we'll suggest a better option. Please reach out even if you're not sure — that's exactly what the first conversation is for.
Can we work with you on just one stage?
Yes. You can join at any stage — for example only prototyping, only production setup, or customizing one of our existing designs.
Do you bill by the hour?
No. We use fixed pricing and royalties, so we're rewarded when your product succeeds — not for the time it takes.
Who owns the product?
It's flexible. Ownership, licensing and the partnership structure are agreed with you up front, in a way that works for your business and for us.
We don't have an engineering team. Can you still help?
Yes — that's one of the situations we're built for. We act as your hardware, firmware and software team, from first design through production and long-term support, without you having to hire one.
Can you train our team to take over?
Yes. We can set up the processes and tools and train your team so they can eventually own the product end to end, with us available as much or as little as you need.
How is this different from hiring a design house?
A design house is typically paid by the hour, whatever the outcome, and the risk stays with you. With Product-as-a-Service we share the risk, reduce it with proven designs and experience, and only succeed when your product does.
